Visit windows confirmed from your own schedule
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Confirm tomorrow's visits, move the ones that do not work and warn families when a clinician runs late, every call started by your scheduling system.
Three calls your schedulers stop making
Confirm tomorrow's window
Greeting Textnames the agency, never the visit
The agent reads back the visit window and asks whether someone will be home. A yes ends the call.
→ Send the visit reference with every trigger
Move the visit from live slots
HTTP API toolthe agent reads open slots mid-call
The agent offers two open slots for the right discipline and area, books the pick and reads it back.
→ Offer only slots your system returns
Tell the family before the window passes
API Triggerfired when the route slips
The agent gives the new window and asks one question: keep it, or move the visit to another day.
→ Never let the agent guess an arrival time
What your scheduling system needs to hold
- An authorized family listThe agent checks it before saying anything about a visit to a spouse or carer.
- Live slots behind an APIFiltered by discipline and area, so the agent never promises a clinician you do not have.
- The consent limitsCampaigns cannot cap calls per patient, so your scheduler keeps to one call a day and three a week.
- A clinical line on TwilioSymptoms and medication questions transfer there, after the agent writes the reason to your system.
- One outcome per visitConfirmed, moved, cancelled or needs a coordinator, written back by webhook with any access notes.
Self-host and patient addresses stay with the agency
Addresses and gate codes stay home
Self-host Dograh and recordings sit on the agency's servers. Audio stays inside your infrastructure only when the models run there too.
Family checked against your list
A phone number finds the record, not the person holding the phone. The agent verifies before it names the patient or the visit.
Your schedule stays in charge
The agent keeps no copy of the schedule and never assigns a clinician. It reads and writes your system of record.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-host the BSD-2 code and pay only for servers, phone minutes and the model keys you choose. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.

Every patient call, one deep dive each
Does the agent assign clinicians?+×
No. Visit assignment and capacity stay with your schedulers. The agent offers only the slots your system returns.
Can a family member take the call?+×
Only if your record lists them as authorized. The agent checks that list before saying anything about the visit.
What if the patient mentions a symptom?+×
The agent does not interpret it. It writes the reason to your system and transfers the call to your clinical line on Twilio.
Do outbound visit calls need consent?+×
The FCC healthcare exemption generally covers appointment confirmations, with limits such as one call a day. Confirm your position with counsel.
Does call audio stay on our servers?+×
Only when you self-host Dograh and run the speech and language models on your servers too. With hosted model keys, the audio reaches the provider.
Run tomorrow's confirmations on a test number first.
