Welcome to Dograh, an AI voice platform and open-source software suite operated by Zansat Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Dograh”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Scope and Applicability

These Terms govern your use of:

  • The Dograh website, hosted services, and APIs.

  • Any software, tools, or integrations we provide.

  • Community and open-source offerings under the BSD 2-Clause license.

If you use Dograh’s open-source code independently, your use of that code is governed by the BSD 2-Clause License. These Terms primarily apply to Dograh’s hosted and managed services.

2. Accounts and Access

  • You may need to create an account to use certain features.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information and maintain confidentiality of credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to transmit illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.

  • Violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell proprietary components without authorization.

  • Interfere with or disrupt our systems, APIs, or networks.

  • Use Dograh for high-risk or unlawful applications (e.g. surveillance, harassment, or fraud).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse or abuse.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All proprietary technology, logos, and content remain owned by Dograh.

  • Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses (BSD 2-Clause for Dograh OSS).

  • You retain ownership of all content, audio, or workflows you create using Dograh.

5. License and Usage

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the hosted services in compliance with these Terms.

  • You may use the open-source version of Dograh per its BSD 2-Clause license, provided attribution and warranty disclaimers are maintained.

  • We may modify, discontinue, or limit services at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

If you subscribe to paid tiers:

  • Fees and billing terms are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Payment obligations are non-cancelable and non-refundable unless required by law.

  • We may modify pricing with advance notice.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
By using Dograh, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Dograh is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Dograh and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.

  • Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dograh and its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

  • For breach of these Terms, misuse, or nonpayment.

  • If required by law or regulatory order.

Upon termination, your rights to use the Services end immediately, except for open-source usage under the BSD license.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the website or email. Continued use after such updates signifies acceptance.
