Zansat Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Dograh”, “we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information — including Google user data — when you use our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using Dograh, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of data:
a. Personal Information
Name, email address, phone number, organization, or other contact information you voluntarily provide through sign-ups, forms, or communications.
b. Voice and Workflow Data
Voice Data: Audio inputs, recordings, and transcriptions generated when you interact with Dograh’s Voice AI agents.
Workflows: Definitions, parameters, metadata, and logs associated with workflows you create in the app.
c. Usage Information
IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, timestamps, pages visited, and interaction logs.
d. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance experience, personalize content, and measure usage analytics.
You can manage or disable cookies via your browser settings.
2. Google OAuth and Gmail Data
If you connect your Google account to Dograh, we access certain Gmail and user data via Google’s OAuth APIs.
a. What We Access
Depending on your authorization, Dograh may access the following:
Email Metadata (sender, recipient, subject, message ID, thread ID).
Email Content (body text, attachments) — only when required for the requested feature.
Gmail Scopes: e.g.
gmail.readonly
,gmail.modify
,gmail.send
, andgmail.compose
.Profile Information: your Google account email and basic profile to identify your workspace.
b. How We Use Google User Data
We use Google user data only for the specific purpose for which you granted access:
Reading email threads to correlate them with CRM records or workflow triggers.
Sending or replying to emails on your behalf as part of automated or semi-automated workflows.
Synchronizing engagement history for CRM automation or analytics.
We do not:
Sell Google user data to anyone.
Use Google user data for ad targeting or marketing.
Share Google user data with any third party except to provide core functionality (see §3 below).
c. Storage and Retention of Gmail Data
We store only minimal metadata required for functionality (e.g. message ID, thread ID, timestamps).
Email bodies or attachments are not permanently stored unless explicitly required for workflow context; when stored, they are encrypted at rest and deleted after the workflow completes or after [X days, e.g. 30 days].
OAuth tokens are encrypted and securely stored for account linkage; tokens can be revoked by you anytime in your Google Account permissions page.
d. Limited Use and Google Compliance
Dograh’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only use the data to provide and improve user-facing features that are clearly described within Dograh and never for any secondary purpose.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share information with:
Trusted service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, email relay, analytics) who act on our behalf under strict confidentiality and data protection agreements.
Regulatory authorities if required by law or to protect our rights.
Integration partners (e.g. HubSpot, Slack, Twilio) only when you enable such connections yourself.
All data sharing is purpose-limited and subject to appropriate data-processing agreements.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to:
Provide the requested services,
Fulfill legitimate business or legal obligations,
Resolve disputes, or
Enforce our agreements.
When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
5. Your Rights and Controls
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Withdraw consent or disconnect OAuth integrations (via your Google Account settings).
Request a copy of your stored data.

We respond in accordance with applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act India).
6. Security Measures
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures — including encryption, access control, and auditing — to safeguard data.
No system is completely secure, but we continually improve our security posture and incident response mechanisms.
7. Children’s Privacy
Dograh is not directed to or intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect operational or legal changes.
When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through our website.
