01 / How it works

Three calls, one system of record

Example
Pre-dispatch call confirms the windowstatus line answers from live trackinga missed attempt gets a reschedule callevery answer lands in the TMS
01 · Before dispatch

Confirm the window and the address

HTTP API toolthe agent reads your order mid-call

The agent verifies the customer, reads the order from your TMS and confirms the window, the address and the gate code. The slot goes back by webhook.

→ Call only the orders your system flags as risky

02 · In transit

Answer where-is-my-shipment calls

Tool Messagesa short line plays while the lookup runs

Callers prove who they are before the agent reads a tracking status. Exceptions go to a person after the lookup is written to the TMS.

→ Start with this line in read-only mode

03 · After a miss

Reschedule from the failed-attempt event

API Triggeryour system starts the call

The driver marks the stop failed, your delivery system fires the call, and the customer picks a new window or a safe place within minutes.

→ A notice with no decision stays a text from your system

03 / Why own it

Self-host and the customer record stays on your side

Addresses stay in your TMS

The agent reads and writes your system of record. When you self-host, gate codes, phone numbers and tracking numbers stay in your systems, not a vendor's database.

Verify before any detail

A phone number finds the record. The caller still confirms an order digit or a postcode before the agent names an address or a date.

No per-minute platform fee

Self-host the BSD-2 code and pay only for servers and the model keys you choose. Dograh Cloud charges a 1¢-a-minute platform fee if you would rather not host.

Consent checked in the trigger

Store the consent flag with the order. Your trigger logic checks it before the API Trigger ever dials an outbound number.

Questions
Which delivery call should we automate first?+

The inbound status line in read-only mode. It verifies the caller, answers from live tracking and needs no outbound consent.

Does the agent send the delivery texts too?+

No. Dograh has no SMS tool. A notice with no decision is a text your delivery system sends; the agent handles the calls that need an answer.

Do outbound delivery calls need consent in the US?+

Generally yes for mobile numbers. Capture it at order or sign-up and check it in your trigger logic. Confirm your position with counsel.

Can the agent hand a call to a dispatcher?+

Yes, with the Transfer Call tool on Twilio numbers. It passes no summary, so the agent writes the lookup to your system first.

Does shipment data really stay on our servers?+

Only when you self-host Dograh and run open-weight speech and language models yourself. With hosted model keys the audio still reaches the provider.

How does the agent know who is calling?+

Pre-Call Data Fetch posts the caller's number to your endpoint when the call connects, and your reply becomes the agent's starting context.

Put the status line on a real phone number first.

Self-host in one command, or start on Dograh Cloud.
