The agent answers common questions from the document you upload. The greeting is fixed text you set in the Start Call node.

Questions
Can I keep my existing business phone numbers?+

Yes. Bring calls in over your own SIP trunk or PBX through Dograh Managed SIP, or connect your own Asterisk server through ARI if you self-host.

Which phone setups support transfer to staff?+

Call transfer to a person works on Twilio today. Browser web calls can't transfer a caller to a phone number.

What happens if nobody answers a transfer?+

After the transfer timeout, 30 seconds by default, the caller comes back to the agent. You decide what it does next, such as taking a message.

Is there a per-minute fee?+

Self-hosted Dograh has no per-minute platform fee. You still pay for servers and phone lines, plus AI models unless you run open-weight ones yourself.

Where do call recordings live?+

On your own servers when you self-host. A commercial model provider on your own API key still receives the call audio, and your phone carrier carries it.
