Answer every call in your busiest sale week
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Set how many calls run at once for your busiest sale days, and let the agent read and write your order system during every call.
A sale week costs servers, not a fee per minute
No per-minute platform fee
Self-host the BSD-2 code and a busy week adds no platform charge. Servers, model keys and phone minutes still cost.
Concurrency you set
Self-hosted Dograh runs 10 calls at once by default. Raise it with DEFAULT_ORG_CONCURRENCY_LIMIT before your peak days.
Your order system, live
HTTP API tools read and write orders during the call. There is no built-in Shopify connector; the tool calls Shopify's API, directly or through n8n.
Overflow at your carrier
A call over the limit is rejected at once, not queued. Send busy calls to your team or a recorded message at the carrier.
Verify, read, then write back once
Find the order, then check the caller
Pre-Call Data Fetchlooks up the number as the call connects
It returns a short order summary. The agent names nothing until the order number and postcode match.
→ A phone number finds an order but proves nothing
Answer from the order as it is now
HTTP API toolasks your order system mid-call
Status, stock and return eligibility come from your system, and the agent says only what came back.
→ If the lookup times out, offer a callback
Write each change back once
Preset Parameterthe call's ID rides with every write
An address fix or return request carries workflow_run_id, so your system ignores a repeat. A Webhook node posts the outcome after the call.
→ Write notes to your helpdesk before any transfer
Reads from, writes to, runs on
Through HTTP API tools, after the caller is verified
Webhook node after the call, retried on a temporary failure
Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee. Call transfer to a person runs on Twilio only.
Check these before your biggest sale
- Limit set for the peakDEFAULT_ORG_CONCURRENCY_LIMIT matches your busiest day. On Dograh Cloud, ask Dograh for more than 10.
- Overflow route liveYour carrier sends calls over the limit to staff or a recorded message.
- Servers sizedYour servers and carrier set the real ceiling; test a burst of calls first.
- Slow lookups handledWhen the order API is slow, the agent offers a callback instead of guessing.
- No card numbers by voiceYour own system sends the payment link by text or email. Transcripts keep every word.

Every store call, one deep dive each
Does Dograh connect to Shopify?+×
Through Shopify's API. There is no built-in Shopify connector; an HTTP API tool reads and writes orders during the call, directly or through n8n.
How many calls can run at once?+×
10 by default. Self-hosted, raise it with DEFAULT_ORG_CONCURRENCY_LIMIT; your servers and carrier set the ceiling. On Dograh Cloud, contact Dograh for more.
What happens when every line is busy?+×
The next inbound call is rejected at once, with no queue. Set an overflow at your carrier so those callers reach your team or a recorded message.
Is there a per-minute fee?+×
Not when self-hosted. You still pay for servers, model keys and phone minutes. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.
Where are recordings and transcripts kept?+×
Every call is recorded and transcribed. Self-hosted, both stay on your servers. Transcripts are not redacted, so never ask callers for card numbers or passwords.
Can the agent make abandoned-cart calls?+×
Only to shoppers with prior express written consent on file, since a cart call is generally telemarketing in the US. This is not legal advice.
