Dograh
Phone ordering

Phone orders confirmed only when your POS agrees

Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. The agent takes takeaway and delivery orders, reads every item and the total back, and calls an order placed only when your POS returns an order number.

01 / How it works

One order call, from the menu to the POS

Example
A guest calls mid-rushthe menu file answersthe POS prices the orderevery item is read backthe POS says yes
01 · Menu

Answer from your own menu

Knowledge Basethe menu file you already keep

Dishes and options come from your menu file. Prices and sold-out items come from the POS during the call.

→ Replace the file the day the menu changes

02 · Read-back

Read every item back with the total

Read-backthe guest's last chance to fix it

Each item, size and modifier is read back with the POS's own total before anything is sent.

→ The model never adds up a bill

03 · Confirm

Placed only on the POS's yes

HTTP API toolsends the order to your POS

An order number means the order is placed. A rejection or no reply means it is not placed yet, and staff or a callback is offered.

→ A retried request never doubles an order

The calls the agent hands to people

  1. Allergy questionsThe agent writes a note on the order, then transfers the guest to a staff member.
  2. Card paymentsNo card number is taken by voice. Guests pay at pickup or by a secure link from your own system.
  3. Refunds and complaintsRecorded as the guest stated them and sent to a manager as a callback request.
  4. Anything the POS rejectsThe guest hears the order is not placed yet and gets a person or a callback.
04 / Why own it

Run the ordering line on your own terms

Orders and recordings stay with you

Self-host Dograh and recordings sit on your servers. Audio stays there only when the models run there too.

Your POS stays in charge

The agent keeps no copy of the menu prices and never confirms ahead of the POS.

No card numbers on the call

Payment happens at pickup or through your own link, so no card digits land in a recording.

No per-minute platform fee

Self-host the BSD-2 code and pay only for servers, phone minutes and model keys. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.

Questions
Does the agent work with my POS?+

It works with any POS that offers an API. Dograh connects through HTTP API tools, MCP tools, webhooks or tools like n8n, with no built-in POS integration.

Can the agent take card payments?+

No card number is taken by voice. Guests pay at pickup, or your own system texts or emails a secure payment link.

What happens with an allergy question?+

The agent never says a dish is safe. It writes a note on the order and transfers the call to a staff member.

How does it avoid placing an order twice?+

Each request carries the call's workflow_run_id, so your POS or order service can ignore a repeated copy of the same order.

Does call audio stay on our servers?+

Only when you self-host Dograh and run the speech and language models on your servers too. With hosted model keys, the audio reaches the provider.

Take pickup orders on a test number first.

Self-host in one command, or start on Dograh Cloud.
