Booking calls answered from your own system
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Verify each traveller, read the booking while the call is live and write every answer back, with refunds and disputes sent straight to your staff.
Verify, read the booking, write it back
Reminders that ask for an action
API Triggeryour booking system starts each call
A balance due or a missing passport number starts a call. Once the task is done, the traveller drops off the list.
→ Send "your trip is next week" as a text instead
Date changes from your fare rules
HTTP API toolreads the booking during the call
The agent reads the fee and the open options from your booking system, reads the choice back and writes it once.
→ Start with fares that allow changes
Refunds and disputes go to staff
Transfer Callrings your team, Twilio only
The agent writes the details to your system first, then puts the traveller through. An unanswered transfer becomes a callback request.
→ No card digits are ever taken on the call
Reads from, writes to, runs on
A caller's phone number can find a booking but never proves who is calling
Webhook node, retried automatically on a temporary failure
Call transfer to a person runs on Twilio only
Traveller data stays with your bookings
Recordings next to your bookings
Self-host Dograh and recordings and transcripts sit on your servers. Audio stays inside your infrastructure only when the models run there too.
Verify before any itinerary detail
Every call asks for the booking reference and surname before the agent names a flight, a date or a balance.
Ready for the disruption rush
Self-hosted Dograh runs 10 concurrent calls by default. Raise the limit and load-test it before cancellations arrive all at once.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-host the BSD-2 code and pay only for servers, phone minutes and the model keys you choose. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.

Every traveller call, one deep dive each
Can the agent change a booking?+×
Yes, when your booking system allows it. The agent reads the fee and the options, reads the choice back and writes the change once.
Does the agent issue refunds?+×
No. Refunds, disputes and contact-detail changes go to a person. The agent records the request and transfers the call.
How does the agent verify a traveller?+×
It asks for the booking reference and surname before naming any itinerary detail. A phone number can find a booking but never proves identity.
Does Dograh connect to our booking platform?+×
There is no built-in connector. Your system connects through HTTP API tools, MCP tools, webhooks or tools like n8n.
Can travellers pay a balance on the call?+×
No card numbers are taken by voice. An HTTP API tool asks your own system to send a secure payment link by text or email.
Do reminder calls need consent?+×
In the US, an AI voice call to a mobile generally needs prior express consent, and a call with an offer needs written consent. Confirm with counsel.
