Every booking lands in your field-service software
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Book and move jobs from the live arrival windows in your field-service software, and call plan members when their tune-up is due, on servers you run.
Three calls your dispatcher stops juggling
Book only the windows your schedule returns
HTTP API toolthe agent asks your software mid-call
The agent offers two or three open arrival windows and calls the job booked only once your software returns a job number.
→ Start with tune-ups and drain clearing
Move a visit when the customer calls back
Pre-Call Data Fetchloads the job as the call connects
After the caller states the service address on the account, the agent offers new windows and writes the change back.
→ Keep cancellations with staff at first
Call plan members when a visit is due
Campaigna call list Dograh dials for you
Built from the service agreements in your software, each call books the included visit and carries no offer.
→ Remove opt-outs before each upload
Reads from, writes to, runs on
Nothing from the record is spoken until the caller states the service address
ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro, through each product's own API
Call transfer to a person runs on Twilio only
Check these before the first real caller
- Short job listTwo or three routine job types the agent may book. Everything else goes to a person.
- Safety line in fixed textA gas smell or a CO alarm gets your approved words before the transfer to the on-call tech.
- Duplicate guard setworkflow_run_id goes with every booking as a Preset Parameter, so your system can ignore a repeat.
- Fee wording agreedThe agent reads only a fixed trip or diagnostic fee. Repair prices wait for the technician.
- Tested on a real lineCall in from a phone, then sample live calls with the QA node.
Customer calls stay where your jobs live
Recordings on your servers
Self-host Dograh and recordings and transcripts stay with you. Audio stays in-house only when the models run there too.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-host the BSD-2 code and pay only for servers, phone minutes and the model keys you choose. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.
One agent behind every branch line
Point each trade or branch number at the same agent, and the lookup knows which line rang.
The call drawn as a flow
Booking, the emergency path and the handover sit as connected nodes your team can read and change.
Every home-services call, one deep dive each
Does it work with ServiceTitan, Jobber or Housecall Pro?+×
Yes, through each product's own API, where your plan includes it. No built-in integration: HTTP API tools read windows and write the job mid-call.
Will the agent quote repair prices?+×
No. It can read a fixed trip or diagnostic fee from your price list. The technician prices the repair on site.
What happens when a caller smells gas?+×
Your approved safety line plays as fixed text, then Transfer Call (Twilio only) reaches the on-call technician. The line plays even if nobody answers.
Can the agent text a booking confirmation?+×
Dograh sends no texts itself. Your field-service software or messaging provider sends it, triggered by the booking write or an HTTP API tool.
What happens when a heat wave floods the line?+×
Dograh runs 10 calls at once by default. Self-hosted, raise it with DEFAULT_ORG_CONCURRENCY_LIMIT; on Dograh Cloud, contact Dograh. Calls over the limit are rejected at once, with no queue.
Do reminder calls need consent?+×
A reminder for a visit the customer already paid for is generally informational. An upgrade or renewal pitch generally needs prior express written consent. Not legal advice.
Put your tune-up bookings on a test number first.
