Client calls that never promise savings
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Answer status calls and place onboarding and deposit reminder calls from your own system, with required lines played as fixed text your counsel wrote.
Check, read the record, hand money questions over
A phone number finds the record, not the client
Pre-Call Data Fetchloads the record as the call connects
Every detail stays unspoken until the client passes your approved check, such as date of birth plus the last digits of the enrolled account.
→ Never ask for a full Social Security number
Say only what the endpoint returns
HTTP API toolasks your system during the call
Build it so it never returns projected savings, a score estimate or a completion date. Data the agent never receives, it cannot say.
→ Fees come from your system, never from memory
Required lines play word for word
Transition Speechfixed text played as the call moves on
Counsel writes the line, and the caller is muted while it plays, so it runs in full. It can't carry per-client values.
→ Record the line as a clip on speech-to-speech models
What the agent reads, writes and runs on
Savings estimates stay with your negotiators
Each tool calls your system's own API
Browser test calls can't transfer, so test on a real line
Check these before a client hears the agent
- Projections stripped from the endpointCall it yourself first. Anything it returns, the agent can say.
- Savings questions handed over every timeAsk "how much will I save" in as many ways as your staff can think of.
- Pause and exit requests reach a personThe agent records the request and transfers, with the details written to your system first.
- No card numbers on the callAn HTTP API tool asks your system or the account administrator to send its own secure link.
- QA flags savings and score talkSet the Sample Rate to 100% for that check, and review flagged calls the same day.
Client call data stays with the firm
Recordings on your own servers
Self-hosted, calls about debts, hardship and lawsuits stay in storage you run, kept as long as your own schedule says.
No AI vendor hears the call
With open-weight models on your servers, audio stays away from AI vendors. The phone carrier still carries the call.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-hosted Dograh has none, though servers, model keys and phone minutes still cost. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee, plus models.
Money questions reach a person
Dograh calls your staff first and connects the client only when someone answers.

Every client call, one guide each
Can the agent tell clients how much they'll save?+×
No. It never states savings, a percentage off, a score change or a timeline. Those questions go to a person, with the details written to your system first.
Can the agent enroll new clients?+×
Keep enrollment with people. The agent answers general questions from approved material, records the caller's situation and books a consultation.
Do deposit reminder calls need consent?+×
Generally yes. An AI voice counts as an artificial voice under the TCPA, so prior express consent applies, and an added offer needs written consent. Confirm with counsel.
Can clients pay on the call?+×
No card numbers are taken. An HTTP API tool asks your system or the account administrator to send its own secure link.
Which settlement or credit repair software does it connect to?+×
Any system with an API. HTTP API tools read the record and write notes back. There is no built-in connector for this software.
Is there a per-minute fee?+×
Not when self-hosted. You still pay for servers, model keys and phone minutes. Dograh Cloud is 1¢ a minute, and most managed models about $0.07.
Start with inbound status calls.
