Collector notices played exactly as compliance approved
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Name the agency first, confirm the right person, then play the approved notice word for word, with every recording kept on servers your agency runs.
Name, verify, then the notice
Only the agency name before the check
Greeting Textfixed words spoken as the call connects
The agent names the agency and asks for the account holder, saying nothing about the debt.
→ Switch off Allow Greeting Interruption
An approved identity check comes first
Pathwaythe route a call takes to its next step
A date of birth or the account's last digits moves the call on. A failed check ends politely.
→ A phone number alone proves nothing
The notice plays as written
Transition Speecha fixed line or clip, caller muted
The collector notice plays on the verified path as fixed text or a recording, so the model never rewords a clause.
→ Record it in a real voice if you can
Approved text in, proof kept in-house
Text lines skip speech-to-speech models, so use recordings there
Each translated notice is its own approved text, written with your compliance team
Your own retention schedule decides how long each recording stays
Check these before a debtor hears the agent
- Notice heard in full on a phoneListen to a sample of recordings and confirm no clause was cut.
- Wrong-person calls testedA failed identity check ends the call without a word about the account.
- Disputes stop the topicA caller who says the debt isn't theirs is logged, and the agent stops discussing it.
- Lists split by time zoneEach campaign calls in one time zone, so its hours fit every contact on it.
- QA set to every call at launchKeep the Sample Rate at 100% until the flags settle, then lower it.
The proof sits where your auditors look
Recordings on your own servers
Produce the call that shows a notice played without asking a vendor.
Call audio kept in-house
With open-weight models on your servers, no AI vendor hears a debtor's account details.
Card numbers stay off the call
An HTTP API tool asks your payment provider to send its own secure link by text or email.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-hosted, you pay for servers, model keys and phone minutes only. Dograh Cloud charges 1¢ a minute for the platform.

Every disclosure call, one guide each
Can the agent read the collector notice word for word?+×
Yes. The notice plays as fixed Transition Speech or a recording after the identity check, so the model never rewrites it, and the recording shows it played.
What does the agent say to whoever answers?+×
Only the agency's name and a request for the account holder. Anything about the debt waits until an approved identity check passes.
Can one agent use state and language versions?+×
Yes. Add a greeting_override_type column set to text or audio, plus greeting_override_text or greeting_override_recording_id, and each contact opens with its own approved version.
Does a creditor collecting its own debt need the same notice?+×
Generally not under the FDCPA, if it collects in its own name. A name suggesting a third party collects can change that, so confirm with counsel.
Can the agent take a payment on the call?+×
The agent never takes card numbers. An HTTP API tool asks your payment provider to send its own secure payment link by text or email.
How long are recordings kept?+×
As long as your agency's own schedule says. Self-hosted, recordings and transcripts sit in storage you run, and your team deletes them there.
