Take your lead agents off Thoughtly
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Rewrite each Thoughtly agent as a workflow your team can edit, reconnect the CRM through your own API calls, and keep the numbers you imported.
Write it down, redraw it, ring it
No importer, so your notes are the spec
Speak nodea Thoughtly step that talks
Copy each agent's script, node prompts, outcomes and actions into one document. The new workflow has to cover every line of it.
→ Begin with the agent that books the most meetings
Describe the job, then review each node
Greeting Textfixed words as the call connects
An AI drafts a first workflow from your use case, or an assistant builds it through the MCP server. Verbatim lines become Greeting Text or Transition Speech.
→ Keep exact wording out of the prompt
Imported numbers wait at your carrier
BYOCnumbers from your own carrier account
Twilio and Telnyx numbers stay in your account after you disconnect them in Thoughtly, ready for a new inbound workflow.
→ Copy the Twilio number's settings before you save
What travels and what gets rewired
For numbers bought inside Thoughtly, ask Thoughtly about porting first
Your developers write each CRM and calendar connection once, against that product's API
Follow-up texts and emails go out through an HTTP API tool that calls your own provider
Before each number leaves Thoughtly
- Spec coveredEvery outcome and action in your notes maps to a node or tool in the new workflow.
- Lead record loadsA test call shows the right lead's details before the agent says hello.
- Transfer tried from a phoneTransfers run only on a real phone call, so ring the agent and hand off once.
- Old settings savedSaving the inbound workflow switches a Twilio number at once, so keep its old settings.
- Thoughtly left runningThe agents you have not moved keep answering while the first line settles.
What your team owns after the move
Code your engineers can change
The platform is open under BSD-2-Clause, so a fix ships when your own team writes it.
Any model, on any plan
Pick speech, language and voice models per agent with your own keys, or run open-weight ones on your servers.
Agents an assistant can edit
Create and change agents through the API or MCP server, so an AI assistant can help.
One line moves, the rest keep ringing
Each number switches alone, so a problem stays on one line while Thoughtly answers the others.

Every part of the Thoughtly switch
Is there an import tool for Thoughtly agents?+×
Neither side has one. Write down each agent's script, prompts, outcomes and actions, then rebuild it as a workflow by hand or with an AI assistant.
Can I keep my phone numbers?+×
Yes, if you imported them. Twilio and Telnyx numbers remain with your carrier. Numbers bought from Thoughtly need a porting conversation with Thoughtly first.
How do HubSpot or Salesforce connections carry over?+×
Each becomes an HTTP API tool, a Pre-Call Data Fetch or a Webhook node that your developers write once against the CRM.
What happens to lines set to Verbatim?+×
Put them in Greeting Text or Transition Speech so they play unchanged. Prompts inside a node let the AI choose its own wording.
Can the agent transfer a lead to a sales rep?+×
Yes, on Twilio, Telnyx, Plivo, Cloudonix and Asterisk ARI. The rep is rung first, and the lead is connected after a pickup.
How does the bill change?+×
Thoughtly sells plans through sales. Self-hosted Dograh has no per-minute platform fee, but servers, model keys and phone minutes still cost money. Dograh Cloud charges a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.
