Advisor calls that never give investment advice
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Book advisor meetings, run review reminders and screen prospects from your CRM, through an endpoint that returns no holdings or performance.
Verify, book, then hand advice over
A phone number finds the household, not the caller
Pre-Call Data Fetchloads the household as the call connects
The agent keeps every detail unspoken until the caller passes your check, such as a passcode set at onboarding.
→ Pair date of birth with a second item
Meetings land on the household's own advisor
HTTP API toolasks your CRM during the call
The endpoint returns meetings and paperwork status, never holdings or performance. Whatever it returns, the agent can say.
→ Point each tool at your CRM's own API
Advice questions get fixed words
Transition Speechfixed text played as the call moves on
The caller hears that the agent can't give advice or take trades, and that their advisor will call back. The question reaches the CRM first.
→ Record the line as a clip on speech-to-speech models
What the agent reads, writes and runs on
Balances and performance stay on the advisor's screen
Each tool calls your CRM's own API
Browser test calls can't transfer, so test on a real line
Check these before a client hears the agent
- Holdings stripped from the endpointCall it yourself first. Whatever it returns, a persistent caller can hear.
- Handover line tested in many phrasingsAsk about markets and trades every way your advisors can think of, then read the transcripts.
- Transfers reach the household's advisorDynamic HTTP Resolver returns that advisor's line, or a service desk when they're out.
- Recordings saved to your archiveA Webhook node sends recording and transcript links. Each download works for one hour, so save the files.
- QA flags any market talkSet the Sample Rate to 100% for that check, and review flagged calls the same week.
Call records stay with the firm
Recordings in your own storage
Self-hosted, recordings and transcripts sit where your archive can collect them, kept as long as your own schedule says.
No AI vendor hears the call
With open-weight models on your servers, audio stays away from AI vendors. The phone carrier still carries the call.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-hosted Dograh has none, though servers, model keys and phone minutes still cost. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee, plus models.
The client's own advisor on the line
Dograh calls the advisor first and connects the client only when someone answers.

Every advisory call, one guide each
Can the agent give investment advice?+×
No. Its endpoint returns no holdings or performance, and any advice or trade question plays a fixed line and goes to the client's advisor.
Does it connect to Redtail or Wealthbox?+×
Through the CRM's own API. HTTP API tools read meetings and paperwork status and write notes back. There is no built-in Redtail or Wealthbox connector.
Which call recordings should we keep?+×
That is your compliance team's decision. A Webhook node sends each call's recording and transcript links, so your archive can save the files.
Can the agent call prospects?+×
Generally only with prior express written consent, because an AI voice counts as an artificial voice under the TCPA. Confirm your position with counsel.
Does call audio stay inside the firm?+×
Self-hosted with open-weight models, no AI vendor receives it. The phone carrier still carries the call, and so does your cloud provider if the servers run there.
Is there a per-minute fee?+×
Not when self-hosted. You still pay for servers, model keys and phone minutes. Dograh Cloud is 1¢ a minute, and most managed models about $0.07.
