Ask lapsed customers why before any offer
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Call only the former customers your own records clear, hear the reason they left, and read back the single offer your system returns.
The list, the reason, one offer
Only consented customers reach the campaign
Campaignsuploads your call list as a file
Your system applies its dormancy rule, then drops anyone without written consent. Customers in collections stay off too.
→ Upload only the columns the call uses
The first real question is why they stopped
Variable extractionrecords answers as the customer gave them
After an approved identity check, the agent asks openly and saves the reason in a field such as reason_for_stopping.
→ Keep the transcript as the exact record
One offer from your system, then done
HTTP API toolcalls your offer service mid-call
The stated reason goes to your offer service, and the agent reads back only what it returns. A no ends offers for that call.
→ Approved rate wording goes in Transition Speech
What the agent reads, writes and runs on
Balances and collections data stay out of the call
A Webhook node sends the results as the call ends
Your team member answers before the customer joins
Check these before a former customer hears the agent
- Business name in the Greeting TextIt plays word for word with an early opt-out. Switch off Allow Greeting Interruption so it finishes.
- Written consent behind every numberAny offer generally makes it a sales call, and an old purchase history never stands in for signed consent.
- A spoken stop reaches your listThe agent sends the request to your system during the call, and the number is gone from the next upload.
- Second offers flagged by the QA nodeRewrite its System Prompt to flag a second offer after a no or any mention of a balance.
- Tested from a real phonePhone audio arrives at 8 kHz, so check names and figures there and not only in a browser.
Purchase history stays inside your walls
Call data on your servers
Self-hosted, former customers' call data stays in storage you run and never reaches Dograh the company.
Audio in-house with open-weight models
Run the speech and language models on your own servers too, and call audio never leaves them.
Offers change in one place
Update an offer in your own service and the next call reads the new one, with no prompt edit.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-hosted Dograh charges none, while servers, model keys and phone minutes still cost. Dograh Cloud is 1 cent a minute.

Reactivation calls, industry by industry
Can I call any customer who bought from us before?+×
Not with an offer. Any offer generally makes it a sales call, and an AI voice needs prior express written consent for that. Confirm with counsel.
Does the agent decide which offer to make?+×
No. Your offer service returns it from the stated reason. The agent reads that one offer, and a no ends offers for the call.
What if the identity check fails?+×
The agent shares nothing about the account and ends the call politely.
How are opt-outs handled?+×
A spoken stop goes to your system during the call. Dograh also marks the call do_not_call, so an export gives you a second check.
Should customers in collections be called?+×
No. They come off the reactivation list and hear from your collections team under its own rules.
Can the agent leave a voicemail?+×
Voicemail handling is off by default. Turn it on to leave a short message with the business name and a callback number, and no offer.
Start with customers who left over price.
