Renewal and appeal calls from your donor CRM
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Call lapsed donors and failed monthly gifts straight from your donor CRM, while every opt-out lands on the charity's own do-not-call list.
Read the record, ask once, send your link
Ask lapsed donors to give again
Pre-Call Data Fetchloads the donor's record as the call connects
The agent offers only the options you set, such as a smaller amount or a pause.
→ A no goes back to the CRM like any other answer
Fix the card without hearing it
HTTP API toolasks your donation platform to send its link
After the check, your donation platform texts or emails its secure card-update link. No card number is spoken on the call.
→ Dograh has no keypad tool and no payment feature
A spoken stop reaches your list
Greeting Textfixed words spoken as the call connects
It names the charity and tells donors they can say stop at any time, and a stop goes to your list.
→ Remove opt-outs before every campaign upload
What the agent reads, writes and runs on
Nothing named until the donor passes a check, such as their donor ID
Each tool calls your CRM's own API
Gifts happen on the charity's own donation page, never on the call
Check these before a donor hears the agent
- Consent on record for mobilesAI-voice calls to a mobile number need the donor's prior express consent, even from a charity.
- Opt-outs removed before uploadCampaigns screen against no list, and the do_not_call tag never blocks a later call.
- Home-line limit in your own listCalls to a home line stop at three in any 30 days, so enforce that in your list or set retries to 0.
- Major donors off the call listsRoute their numbers straight to the gift officer.
- Card-update link tested end to endYour donation platform sends it by text or email, and the donor finishes on your page.
Donor data stays with the charity
Donor records on your own servers
Self-hosted, recordings and transcripts stay on servers the charity runs. Audio stays in-house only when open-weight models run there too.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-hosted Dograh has none, though servers, model keys and phone minutes still cost. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.
No card numbers in recordings
Gifts and card updates happen on your donation page, so recordings never hold a card number.
Two asks side by side
A campaign can split one donor list between up to five agents or agent versions by percentage.

Every donor call, one guide each
Can the agent take a donation on the call?+×
No. Your donation platform sends its secure link by text or email, and the donor gives on your own page. No card number is spoken.
Does the national Do Not Call Registry apply?+×
Generally not to a charity calling for itself. AI-voice calls to mobile numbers still need prior express consent, and home lines allow three calls in 30 days.
Does Dograh keep a do-not-call list?+×
No. The agent writes each opt-out to your own list, and the do_not_call tag never blocks a later call. Remove those numbers before each upload.
Which donor CRMs does it work with?+×
Any CRM with an API, such as Salesforce or Blackbaud. There is no built-in connector, so HTTP API tools read and write through the CRM's own API.
Who handles major donors?+×
Your gift officers. Keep donors above a gift size you choose off the agent's lists, and route their calls straight to staff.
Is there a per-minute fee?+×
Not when self-hosted. You still pay for servers, model keys and phone minutes. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.
Start with the inbound donor line.
