Your agency's brand on every client's agent

01 · Separate

Give every client its own space

Teama separate space in your Cloud account

On Dograh Cloud each client gets a team with its own agents, numbers, keys and billing, picked from the sidebar.

→ Everyone in a team has full access, so invite with care

02 · Connect

Bill models and minutes to the client

Model configurationa saved set of provider keys

Each agent runs on the client's own model keys, and each client's carrier account sits in a telephony configuration of its own.

→ Name each configuration after the client

03 · Brand

Rebrand the copy you run

BSD 2-Clausethe licence the code ships under

Self-hosted, you can change the UI source to show your agency's name and logo on your own domain, with the licence notice kept.

→ Swap in your own logo, never ours

03 / Before client two

Settle these before you sign the second client

  1. Split decidedOne Cloud team per client, or a separate login per client on your own install.
  2. Keys in the client's nameModel and phone bills land with the client, and so does any rate limit.
  3. Concurrency plannedClients sharing one organization share its 10-call limit, so busy clients get their own.
  4. Weekly QA setA QA node scores a random sample of each client's calls after they end.
  5. Report per agentThe Reports page filters by agent, which gives each client a monthly view of its own.
04 / Why open source

Why agencies run the platform themselves

Upgrades on your schedule

Self-hosted, you run the release you picked and move clients forward when they are ready.

Client calls on servers you run

Agents, recordings and transcripts sit on hardware you or your client control.

One call type, many clients

A narrow offer, such as booking estimates for roofers, lets each new client reuse the last build.

Start on Cloud, move later

Cloud and self-hosted share one open-source codebase, so a client's move lands on software your team already runs.

Questions
Can I sell the platform under my agency's brand?+

Self-hosted, yes. The BSD 2-Clause licence lets you run your own copy on your domain with your name and logo, as long as the licence notice stays.

How do I keep one client's calls away from another's?+

On Dograh Cloud, give each client its own team, a separate space in your account. Self-hosted, use a separate login per client.

Whose model keys does each client run on?+

Its own. Save a named model configuration per client and set it on that client's agents, so each provider bills the right account.

Is there a per-minute platform fee?+

Self-hosted Dograh has no per-minute platform fee, but servers, model keys and phone minutes still cost money. Dograh Cloud charges a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.

Do callers hear which platform the agent runs on?+

No. Callers hear the client's greeting and voice, and outbound calls can show the client's own number as caller ID.

Can I limit what a team member sees?+

Everyone in a Dograh Cloud team has full access to it, so add only the people who should see that client's calls.

How do I invoice each client for usage?+

Add a Paygent node with the client's Customer ID. Paygent applies your rate cards to each call's usage and invoices that client.

Sign your next client on a platform you own.
