Status calls that never carry wiring data
Dograh is the self-hostable voice agent platform with an open-source workflow builder. Answer order-status and closing calls straight from your title production system, through a status endpoint that returns no wiring or account data.
Check the caller, then read the file
A phone number finds the file, not the caller
Pre-Call Data Fetchloads the file as the call connects
The agent keeps every file detail to itself until the caller passes your office's check, such as a passcode set at opening.
→ Caller ID is the first thing a criminal fakes
Say only what the endpoint returns
HTTP API toolasks your title system during the call
The tool hands the model the whole response, so leave wiring data out at the endpoint. Pass the caller's role and each party hears only its own file.
→ Data the agent never receives, it cannot read out
The wire line plays word for word
Transition Speechfixed text played as the call moves on
Callers hear that wiring instructions never travel by phone, and to call the escrow officer at the number in their opening documents.
→ Record the line as a clip on speech-to-speech models
What the agent reads, writes and runs on
Account numbers and payoff figures never leave your system
Each tool calls your system's own API
Browser test calls can't transfer, so test over a real line
Check these before a buyer hears the agent
- Wiring data stripped from the endpointCall it yourself first. Anything it returns, a convincing caller can hear.
- Wire line set as fixed wordsPut it on the closing-details and wiring pathways, then test many phrasings.
- Officer transfer tested by phoneDynamic HTTP Resolver dials the officer on the file, with notes written to your system first.
- Already-wired callers reach a personThe agent writes the details and transfers at once, so the caller can ask the bank for a recall.
- QA flags every wiring mentionSet the Sample Rate to 100% for that check, and send flagged calls to the officer the same day.
Call audio stays with the office
Recordings on your own servers
Self-hosted, recordings and transcripts stay on servers the office runs. Audio stays fully in-house only when open-weight models run there too.
No per-minute platform fee
Self-hosted Dograh has none, though servers, model keys and phone minutes still cost. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.
Fixed words where wording matters
Transition Speech plays with the caller muted, so the wire line runs in full.
The right officer on the line
Dograh calls the officer first and connects the caller only when someone answers.

Every title call, one guide each
Can the agent give or confirm wiring instructions?+×
No. It plays your fixed wire line and points the caller to the escrow officer at the number in their opening documents.
How do we keep account numbers out of the call?+×
Build the status endpoint so it never returns them. An HTTP API tool passes the whole response to the model, so leave that data out at the source.
Can the agent spot seller impersonation?+×
It doesn't judge. It records unusual requests, such as a mail-away signing with the seller's preferred notary, and hands the file to staff.
Which title software can it connect to?+×
Any system with an API. HTTP API tools read the file's status and write notes back. There is no built-in title production connector.
What if a caller says they already wired money?+×
The agent writes the details to your system and transfers to a person at once, so the caller can ask their bank to recall the funds.
Is there a per-minute fee?+×
Not when self-hosted. You still pay for servers, model keys and phone minutes. Dograh Cloud has a 1¢-a-minute platform fee.
Start with inbound order-status calls.
Self-host in one command, or start on Dograh Cloud.
